• Saved search criteria and account login information, if you create an account;
• If you register for the client portal, records of your activity on it — such as searches run, listings viewed or saved, and alert preferences — which we use to provide the service and personalize what we send you; and
• Any other information you choose to include in messages sent to us.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically (such as browser type or pages visited) through standard website analytics tools, used only to understand and improve Site performance.

How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you requested, including property valuations and listing information;
• Contact you by email, phone, or text message regarding your inquiry and related real estate opportunities, where you have consented to such contact;
• Maintain client relationship records, including in our customer relationship management (CRM) system; and
• Comply with our obligations as a REALTOR® and registered salesperson under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (TRESA) and the rules of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO); and
• Maintain the records and audit trail of portal activity that we are required to keep under our MLS® data licence agreements. In the limited circumstances those agreements describe (for example, a security investigation), such activity records may be made available to PropTx Innovations Inc.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Consent and your choices

Listing and search data

Property listing information displayed on this Site is provided under licence through IDX and VOW datafeeds from PropTx Innovations Inc. (Toronto Regional Real Estate Board MLS® System) and is not personal information collected from you. See our Property Search Disclaimer for details.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law or our regulatory obligations as a real estate registrant. We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
