Kimberly Schroeder, REALTOR®, with eXp Realty, Brokerage, is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. This Site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and is built and tested with accessibility in mind, consistent with the goals of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
This Site uses semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive link text, labelled form fields, alternative text on images, colour combinations chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements, and layouts that work with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and mobile devices without requiring zooming or horizontal scrolling.
Some content on this Site is supplied by third parties, including property listing data, photographs, and interactive maps, and may not fully meet the same accessibility standards. Where a third-party feature is not accessible to you, contact Kimberly and she will gladly provide the same information in an accessible format.
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of this Site, or would like information provided in an alternative format, please contact Kimberly Schroeder at info@callkim.ca or (705) 809-5859. Kimberly aims to respond within two business days and will work with you to provide the information, item, or transaction you need.
